Freshie’s Lobster Co. puts the 'sea' in Boise, using sustainably-caught, fresh Maine lobster in each of its world-famous Lobster Rolls and dishes.

Freshie’s has been serving fresh Maine lobster to Park City, Utah since 2009, and owner Lorin Smaha’s culinary background, passion for food, and New England roots have allowed the business to expand bringing fresh seafood to The Warehouse Food Hall here in Boise.
