Paddles Up Poké Opens in The Warehouse Food Hall


BOISE, ID (September 12, 2022) – Today, Paddles Up Poké opened their sixth Treasure Valley location at The Warehouse Food Hall in Downtown Boise. The award-winning, locally owned and operated restaurant is known for its specialty poké and sushi burritos made with high-quality ingredients while being quick, affordable, and easy.

In addition to Paddles Up Poké, two more restaurants have joined The Warehouse, Last Call Mexican Baja Eatery and Piedaho are slated to be open by November.


“We’re delighted to have a prominent Boise restaurant like Paddles Up Poké open in The Warehouse.” General Manager, Steve Steading said. “It has been our goal to have a variety of food and beverage options for our guests; adding poké, modern Mexican, and homemade pies make The Warehouse Food Hall the perfect location to go for options, location, and ambience.”



The Warehouse will be open Sunday-Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday & Saturday 10:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Select Warehouse vendors will open prior to 10:30 a.m. including Caffe D’arte, Rush Bowls, Waffle Love and Gaston’s Bakery. Live entertainment, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.


The Warehouse Food Hall’s vendor lineup includes:

  • Anzalone Pizza - fusing together flavors of Thailand and traditional techniques of classic Neapolitan pizza;

  • Bao Boi - combining classic American dishes with steamed bun sandwiches and Japanese curry;

  • Caffé D’arte - great tasting Italian lunch and dinner meal options, artisanal coffees, and coffee drinks from Caffé D’arte Italia Coffee Roasters;

  • CAMP Cocktail Bar - basecamp for artisan cocktails and mixed drinks;

  • Gaston’s Bakery - high-quality, fresh baked goods, freshly made sandwiches & salads;

  • Last Call - modern Mexican cuisine rooted in Baja Mexican culture;

  • Neighbor Tim’s BBQ - slow-smoked Texas style BBQ brisket, pulled pork and ribs;

  • Paddles Up Poké - specialty poké and sushi burrito restaurant with high-quality ingredients;

  • Piedaho - handmade and uniquely decorated pies using the freshest local ingredients

  • Rush Bowls - nutritious and filling all-natural fruit bowls and smoothies;

  • The Loading Dock - a no-frills spot for a shot and over 20 canned and bottled beer options;

  • Totally Toasted - gourmet grilled cheese made with fresh ingredients and locally baked bread served with a cup of tomato soup for dunking;

  • Waffle Love - traditional sweet and savory Belgian liege waffle options including fresh fruit featuring dessert or entrée combinations taking waffles to the next level;

  • Wok N’ Roll - modern Asian eats featuring traditional flavors of classic dishes, but with a twist.
