Boise food hall will bring an eclectic mix of culinary talent and specialty retail to BoDo
BOISE, ID – The Warehouse Food Hall, located at 370 S 8th Street, announces the signing of its first three tenants, Paddles Up Poke, Rush Bowls and The Loading Dock. Owned and operated by Beloit, WI-based Geronimo Hospitality Group, The Warehouse will offer a collaborative space where people can gather and connect with the creative minds behind some of the city’s most progressive culinary, artisan and retail enterprises.
The award-winning Paddles Up Poke has been a Treasure Valley staple since 2016 when owner Dan Landucci founded the specialty poke and sushi burrito restaurant. It provides items made with high-quality ingredients while keeping guests’ experiences quick, affordable and easy.
Staying in the realm of healthy eating, Rush Bowls serves fruit bowls, acai bowls and smoothies. Its filling and nutritious bowls and smoothies have been part of the Boise community since 2019 when owners Heidi and Nate Myers brought the popular franchise to the area.
The Loading Dock, a Geronimo Hospitality Group concept, is The Warehouse’s no-frills spot for a shot and a beer. It will serve a selection of canned and bottled beer from breweries located around the country, served solo or with a shot of whiskey.
“We can’t wait to give residents and travelers in Boise a new scene for excellent food and drink, retail, and entertainment,” said Jeff Whiteman, chief operating officer at Geronimo Hospitality Group.
“The Warehouse is unlike anything you’ll experience in the area, and guests will be able to enjoy the community-focused marketplace’s unique offerings next year and for many years to come.”
Slated to open in 2022, The Warehouse is a 29,000-square-foot building that will serve as an extension to the already thriving 8th Street dining district. Boise’s first food hall will be a hub for the city’s finest, bringing together an eclectic mix of culinary talent and specialty retail.
